Input measurements in metres. For lawns with multiple sections, calculate each part separately and sum their areas in the additional area field.

Include an extra lawn section that has been measured in square metres.
This allowance is for planning purposes. Verify quantities with your supplier or landscaping professional.

Utilize the area for your landscaping decisions

Only measure the lawn area you plan to landscape. Exclude patios, pathways, borders, sheds, and other areas that won't receive turf or lawn treatment. Curved or uneven ground may need to be divided into smaller shapes for a more accurate estimate.

The materials allowance is not a standard waste rate. Turf rolls, seed coverage, site prep, and installation needs can differ, so confirm quantities with your supplier or contractor.
